2.TIPS 
- These barbecue cooking mats which are made of heat-resistant technologically advanced materials that look similar to a plastic mat, however, it will not burn. Just heat grill to desired temperature, mats will work at any temperature below 260℃(500F). 
- Do not layer, and maintain a single thickness. Either side of the mat may face up because they are totally reversible.  
- Always wash your mats immediately after use. Soak the mats in soapy water for an hour or longer and then wipe them clean. As with other non-stick cookware, avoid using metal utensils as they may scratch and cause damage. Smart tricks: I always have a damp cotton cloth handy, and wipe residues right away when I remove mat from the barbecue grill. Then I let them soak for a while and transfer them into the dishwasher. Doing all three of those things guarantees that I don't have any residue building up on the mats.
