Directions
1. Prep - Apply your makeup as part of your normal routine and tweeze your brows before using the liner.
2. Line - Using short, soft strokes, fill in any sparse spots with the Precision Brow Liner. Use the liner to outline desired shape,
fill in, then pluck any hairs beyond those limits. Use the spoolie end of the pencil to blend color and distribute evenly.
3. Finish - Set your brows with a small amount of brow gel (Optional) If you over-apply, use a small cotton swab to remove excess
pigment.
