How to Use Our Mineral Sea Salt
Place a heaping ½ teaspoon in your neti pot and fill with 10 oz. of water. Use distilled or previously boiled water - cooled to room temperature. The warm water dissolves the salt and creates your gentle, naturally effective saline solution.
