Uses
Great for combating dryness caused by frequent flying, arid & high altitude climates, and winter dry-out. Use as needed.

How to Use
1. Tilt your head back and put 1-2 drops in each nostril.
2. Inhale deeply-try to sniff the oils into your sinus passages.
3. Tilt head forward and pinch nostrils together. Massage your nostrils together to coat the inside of your nasal passages. Release and inhale deeply again.
