Usage: We recommend using this rope indoors, as the cable will wear out on rough surfaces. If jumping outdoors, use a jump rope mat or purchase with a 3mm outdoor rated cable, which will last longer on abrasive surfaces.

Q: How do I size my jump rope?

Q: How does the adjustable collar/screw work?
A: In most cases, you can loosen and tighten the adjustable screw by hand. In some instances you will need a pair of pliers, and you may want a pair of pliers to make extra certain your collar/screw is secure. It is important that you check this fastener before your workout. If it falls off during use it can be difficult to find.

Q: How long should my cable last? Where can I find replacement cables?
A: The longevity of your cable will depend on the frequency of use, and the surface you're jumping on. Especially for bare wire and teflon, fine dirt and moisture can get between strands and cause corrosion. That said, you should get a few months at the very least, and probably more. If you need to replace your cable, they can be found in the accessories section.
