Our Sparkle Athletic Skirts are proudly made in the USA. Luminously bright 1/8 inch circular sequins float on a lightweight, semitransparent polyester fabric. The 1 inch elastic waistband keeps it snug in place for girls on the go.

- 1" exposed, super-stretchy elastic waistband designed to fit 2-3" below natural waistline
