Installation instructions: 1) Using a long, thin implement (such as a thin, flathead screwdriver or a nail file), pry the old gasket over the lip holding it in place (it should dislodge easily). 2) Slightly stretch out the new gasket and place it around the cap. 3) Work the gasket all the way down and over the lip to hold it in place. ALL SET! Perfect replacement gaskets / o-rings / seals for all Klean Kanteen (TM) Classic caps, including Sport Cap, Sippy Cap, Bamboo Cap, Loop Cap and Stainless Loop Cap. Gaskets get lost periodically and get warped/worn out over time. A damaged gasket (or no gasket, at all) means a poor seal, leading to a leaky bottle. Always have a spare on hand! Our gaskets are made from high-quality, durable, food safe silicone and are BPA-free, phthalate-free and latex-free. Replacement gaskets for these lids are often hard or expensive to find - don't buy a new lid, just get a new set of gaskets to last you 4x as long.
