1. Before Solar Eclipse day, please check your Solar Eclipse glass and ensure it's in good condition, kids should use under adult's supervision
2. Full preparation for "Dark Adaption" period, we suggest you to put on Solar Eclipse glasses before 30 minutes, everyone has "Dark Adaption" when they go from the brightness to darkness, this takes 30 minutes for eyes to increase sensitive to light to the maximun extent
3. Have a rest at least 30 seconds every 3 minutes, don't look at the sun for long time
4. " ONE OFF TWO ON" Before the Solar Eclipse happens, put on glasses before 30 minutes to adapt dark, take off and watch directly by eyes when the moon completely block the sun; Put on again after the moon block the sun and enjoy.
