They are! And they are actually very nice. Each flip flop is in a clear little box (the slot is molded so they don't move around) with a beachy background insert. The box is then wrapped in cellophane and a bit of raffia ribbon is tied around it. The bottle opener is very solid. I was able have the event engraved on them and easily put them back into the packaging.
