4. Push through your heels, engage the back of your body, and take a deep breath in through your nose.
5. Rotate heels out and in HEELS SHOULD NOT BE DRAWN TO EACH OTHER! The springs need to stretch every time you pull out.
6. Let the air out slowly through your mouth.
7. Add more reps as you gain flexibility.
