Use Manual:

1" handlebars: Place the housing on the handlebar, tighten the set screw.

7/8" handlebar: Insert the rubber spacer between the housing and handlebar, place the housing on the handlebar, tighten the set screw.

Adjusting the clock: Pull the clock out from the housing. Remove the gasket. Pull the crown shaft, turn the crown to adjust the time. Push the crown back into place to make sure the clock is running. Press-fit the clock with rubber gasket back into the housing.
