Dark Roast Whole Bean Coffee Our dark roast is a rich and bold, medium-bodied coffee with an almost chocolately aftertaste, and mild bitterness. Our coffee is never blended and beans are hand-picked at their ripest to provide full flavor and consistency. The roast level is Dark, which is synonymous with Full City or Vienna Roast. As with most Dark Roasts, the roast is the dominant flavor. The beans are rich brown in color withsome oil on the surface, and slightly heavier in body due to the sugars having caramelized. Grind our dark roast premium coffee to the perfect grind for your preferred brewing method. Use a fine grind for espresso brewing, medium grind for brewing with traditional drip machines or percolators, or a coarse grind for use with french press or cold brewing.
