Q: Why the iron metal plate wouldn't stick well to phone/phone case?
A: After installed the metal plate on the charger, please make sure to leave 1-3mins to allow the it to stick completely to the phone/phone case. If the 3M glue sticker have been used, it is not suggested to reuse the 3M glue sticker, as it would not be as strong as first time use.
Q: Why the charger and my phone seems a little bit overheat during wireless charging?
A: It is normal to generate heat to 104°F when the mobile device is charging. Level of heat also depends on several circumstances, e.g., whether you have a phone case, in door temperature, charging power and accurate position while charging etc.
