Every party needs a banner and this one is perfect for a Mermaid Under the Sea Party!! This banner package includes 15 panels which spells out the words "Happy Birthday" plus 2 end pieces. Each panel is a 6"x 8". Please take this into consideration when determining if the overall length will work for your space.
