Front License Plate Bracket Fits: 2008-2019 Outback This bracket is designed to be screwed into the front bumper where the two little dimples are located (you will be making new holes in the bumper). This kit does not use the square holes in some of the models front bumpers. The plate has rubber bushings that keep the plate off the bumper preventing vibration and rub marks from being produced.
