Oil of pine nuts "Siberian Green Food" has a golden color, remarkable nutty taste and aroma. Oil of pine nuts is made by cold pressing method from the selected core of pine nuts collected in ecologically clean places of Siberia. Cedar nut oil is a unique natural product, which has been used for a long time in food and folk medicine, and nowadays it is also used in cosmetology and medicine. High nutritional value, delicate aroma and delicious taste makes cedar oil unsurpassed plant-based foods. It is known that the prophylactic and curative effect is only those vegetable oils that were obtained by cold pressing. To produce pine nut oil we use technology that combines ancient traditions with contemporary knowledge. The cold-pressed method we use is good for the different stages of the refinement process. The pine nut oil of Take Organic is extracted from selected kernels of the freshly shelled Siberian pine nuts. Nuts of Siberian cedars (Pinus sibirica) have the highest content of antioxidants and pinolenic acid, known for their health benefits. In order to preserve natural vitamins, acids and antioxidants in the pine nut oil, we apply a traditional mechanical cold pressing method. We use wooden presses to extract the oil from raw nut kernels and mechanical filters to refine the oil. Our pine nut oil is virgin, i.e. produced by mechanical means, without use of heat or chemicals.
