Tricks to help you remove it
Be sure that, when you put the bangle on, the little notch/latch piece goes around the underside of your wrist.

How to take it off?
When you remove it, insert your index finger and pull the top part and use your thumb to push the bottom part. You are squeezing the pieces in the opposite direction to release the notch.
