how to use:
1.Plug the USB connector.
2.Clean your face ,wait till it dries. This makes it easier for light to penetrate your skin.
3.Put on the mask and turn on.
1)Press the the button Color or Select/Start to work,the default time is 30 minutes.
2)button Color to choose the colors,which is 01~07 red blue green yellow purple cyanine white.
3)Press the time to adjust time(0-90 minutes at personal need).
Brightness can choose the intensity of light(01~09).

tips:
1.The light is at low-level intensity.Close your eyes if you feel like a little unwell.
2.the mask includes many useful accessories,so it might be a little heavy.
1)we suggest you can lay on the couch or bed when use it.
2)or don't use the strap, lay flat on a pillow with your head slightly tilted back. 3)place a sponge between the bridge of the nose to relieve the pressure.
