Product Review
Damson plums are one of the most popular old varieties in America. They are round to oblong in shape and have smooth, shiny, deep purple to black skin. The firm amber flesh is very tasty with a spicy, tart flavor. Damson plums are great for fresh eating, cooking, jam, or making wine. The trees grow 12-15 feet tall, are self-fertile, and require 300-400 chill hours. These plum trees are self-pollinating and the tree is vigorous and hardy. Plant in full sun and in moist well-drained loamy soil. Harvest: September
