Usage:
Begin making small dots or dashes along the lines from the middle of lashes to the outside corners of the eyes. Go back and lightly drag UCANBE eyeliner wand across where you left off before.
Finish the lines from middle to inner corner of your eye in the same way.
Give the eyeliner time to dry before opening the eyes fully in case to create creases.
