Step 1: With the larger roller, start by gently rolling from the nose outward to the ears. Continue by rolling out from the chin along the jawline.

Step 2: To drain lymphatic waste and smooth wrinkles in the neck area, roll from the collarbone upwards toward the chin.

Step 3: Use the larger roller to roll along the forehead upward and outward from the middle point between the eyebrows.
