Care:

Hand wash with mild soap and rinse thoroughly with water. Water temperature should not be over 65 degrees. Do not machine wash, do not dry clean.

 

How to wear:

1. Release the strap from the velcro, make a loop with the strap, and make sure the velcro is facing up and that the straps are on the outside.
2. Put both straps through the velcro, making sure they are straight and have no turns.
3. Adjust the straps according to the individual's body.
4. Put on the back posture corrector by putting each arm through the arm holes created by the straps.
5. Re-adjust the tightness as required while the brace is on the back.
6. Adjust the front straps until it feels comfortable.
