House made Chinese Five Spice blended with all organic spices. Very fragrant with a nice touch of sweetness. This blend is great for stir fry, soups, and sauces. Â I personally enjoy it as a base flavor in American BBQ. The notable difference with Pinch's five spice is the authentic approach using Sichuan peppercorns instead of black pepper.
