Installation steps:
1 Place the plate frame against your car license plate.
2 Place washer in position as pictured, screw through hole and tighten to vehicle.
3 Place snap cap over washer upright position, push it firmly until it engages.

Tips:
If you find the snap cap could not engage washer firmly, you can put the 3M sticker into snap cap
and it would not be dropped.
