Brand New Wall Hang Picture frame, Ornate Finish style, with outside size 13x16 inches. Color is Black with Silver and Burgundy with gray undertones and is semi-smooth. Frame border is 1.5 inches wide. The frame comes with real glass, an ivory color mat, and the back with 2 hangers. The Ivory Mat has opening size: 7.5x9.5 inches to fit pictures 8x10. Frame can fit 11x14 (without mat) or 8x10 (with the ivory mat).
