For lovers of bright colors, we present you the liquid dyes, which will give the soap a really juicy and deep color. Working with them is very simple, because they do not require prior dissolution in oil, glycerin or other basic component. The liquid dye does not migrate; it always retains clear contours, which is ideal for swirls and for soap requiring the filling of colored parts as well as for colored layers of soap. This dye for soap is very economical, easy to use, and non-toxic, does not absorb into the skin and leaves no traces. It permanently retains its brightness and does not fade. This is an excellent choice for beginners, and for experienced masters.

Before melting the base, cut it into small cubes (1-2 cm), so it will melt faster. If you are melting the base in a microwave oven, use a special heat-resistant dish, glass or plastic cups, 100 grams of base melts in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds. Using water bath, the base melts at 70-80 degrees. Be sure that the base does not overheat and especially does not start boiling, because if you get a very hot base on the skin, a burn may form, the color may change, the transparent base may become cloudy, an unpleasant odor may appear, as well as foam from small bubbles, which will be very difficult to remove. Add the dye at the rate of 1-5 drops per 100 grams of soap base, depending on how saturated you want the color to get in the end, carefully mix it with a wooden or plastic stick and pour the soap into the mold, sprinkling it with alcohol, and repeat this procedure afterwards, as the foundation is poured, this must be done to remove small bubbles and foam. Alcohol is also used when making multi-layered soap. You need to sprinkle the frozen layer before pouring the next one - the layers are better attached to each other and do not break down during the use. 100 grams of the base freezes in the mold on average in 20 minutes.
