1-Where can I purchase the replacement bulbs?
You can buy “S14 LED Bulbs” on Amazon or at local store. Incandescent bulbs with E26 base also work with our strand.
Please kindly be noted that replacement bulbs must have equal or lower wattage levels.

2-Are these dimmable?
LED lights in our package are not dimmable. If you install dimmable bulbs on our strand, you can use a dimmer switch to change the lighting mode.
The color temperature of the glass LED lights is 2700 Kelvin.

3-Should LED string lights be stored off season?
TaoTronics string lights can be used all year around as it withstands direct sunshine and coldness down to -25°C. Its working temperature arranges from -20°C to 40°C.

4-If one bulb goes out, will the rest stay lit?
The LED string lights are connected in parallel, so if one bulb broke or burnt, others won’t be affected.

5-Do the lights attract bugs?
Insects has phototaxistic therefore all light sources attract insects to a certain level. A study done by Dr. Michael Justice et. from University of North Carolina revealed the attraction ranking of different light bulbs:
Traditional incandescent> CFL Lights> Halogen lights> Cold-colored LEDs> Insect repellent lights> Warm-colored LEDs (TaoTronics lights are warm-colored LEDs).
