Adjustable Jump Rope for Kids, Men and Women

The rope length is 9.5 ft. It is suitable for individuals as tall as 6.5 ft and it is adjustable to your desired length by moving the plastic circle piece at the end of each handle. On the handle ends there are two black plastic pieces that pull apart. Slide the end of the jump rope through them to the desired length and put the two black pieces back together and then put them as together in the handle. Last, cut off the excess rope length.
