Pair of 2-way Shoes Stretchers are made of tough polyurethane plastic free up space in your shoe instep or vamp and shoe's length. It can be used on various kinds of shoes whose heel is lower than 6cm.

Size：
S:Woman's Size 6--11
M: Man's size 6-8.5
L: Man's size 9-14

How to use:
1.Insert shoe stretcher into shoe with the back piece facing down. 
2.Rotate the knob clockwise,adjust the length.
3.Rotate the hook clockwise,adjust the width.
4.For best result,please keep shoe stretcher in place for at least 24 hours.The longer the shoe stretcher is inside, the more your shoes will stretch.
5.To remove stretcher, turn handles Counterclockwise.

NOTE:
In order to avoid damage of your shoes and the stretcher,DO NOT OVERSTRETCH!!!
