Be sure to have this set of aluminum scale rulers on hand for any of your drafting, measuring, or estimating needs where you work with blueprints and drawings printed to scale. The hollow core construction means these are ~25% lighter than comparable solid scales - why carry around more weight than you have to? The UV printed black markings are crisp and clear: they stand out against the aluminum alloy color, are easy to read, and will not fade or rub off with normal use - guaranteed! Whether you need an architect's imperial scale or an engineer's scale, each is included with its own labeled protective sleeve. This set makes a great gift! Ironically this set was designed by an engineer using CADD software, one reason why these elegant tools for a more civilized age are seeing less use.
