Notes:
1. Double-check whether the lid placement is right each time. Each lid is precisely measured to match the container for optimal sealing and storage. Accurate placement also makes it easier to snap the lid closed.
2. It's normal that your brand-new container seems hard to close the first few times. If you feel like they're tough to snap shut, please simply give some time for them. After several times of using, they will be fine.
3. Please kindly check that whether the rubber gaskets are sitting properly in the lid grooves. If they come out, you might experience difficulty closing your containers.

Material is safe and reliable
Our high borosilicate glass are made of silicon dioxide, diboron trioxide, aluminium trioxide and other natural material which makes it can withstand a higher temperature (750℉) and higher extreme temperature change (248℉) than other tempered and soda-lime glass that made of silica, soda Ash and limestone which was cheap, low cost and tend to crack when heating even in a low temperature.
