IP 68 Waterproof Junction Box
IP 68 will allow you to subject the device to a depth greater than 1 meter for a prolonged period of time. At 1-5 meters it could be indefinite. (can be immersed in water depth of not more than 2m)

Tips
The seal depends on the diameter of the cable. Cable range: 5-10mm If you use a cable which is too thin, then the seal won't even cover IP67!
