West Coast Paracord's 1000 foot spool of black paracord is the same type of cord that is sold to the US Military. With a tensile strength of 550 lbs and a diameter of 5/32", this cord is extremely reliable, it is the real thing. The cord can easily be opend to remove individual strands to fit whatever need you may have. This is a genreal utility cord that is great to use for any sort of need you can think of, from securing tarps, shoelaces, tie-downs, repairs, sewing, fishing, hunting, camping, making a shelter, animal snares, clothes lines, lanyards, survival bracelets, restraints, to any sort of survival or emergency need. No survival kit is complete with out this paracord.
