Recommended Use:
Cheese Making: Dilute the calcium chloride in 1/4 cup of water per gallon of milk. Add 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon per gallon of milk you are using. The water does not necessarily need to be distilled, but chlorine-free is recommended.
Brewing: Use according desired brewing recipe.
