Freeze Relief is a revolutionary product that allows your sump pump to keep the water flowing even if the discharge line is clogged or frozen. Freeze Relief protects your basement and sump pump if the buried discharge line becomes clogged or frozen. This outdoor above grade in-line pipe vent allows water to escape, protecting the basement from flooding and the sump pump from burning out. Think of it as a Emergency Release for your pressurized sump pump water when the discharge line is blocked. Allowing you time to unblock the line before the basement floods or the pump burns out. Protects your home from flooding, even in the coldest of winters. FR1 accepts standard 1-1/2" Schedule 40 PVC line from sump pump and fits a 3" thin wall bell or connector. Also available in contractor pack of 10 (FR1-10PACK), and in kits FR1K and FR1K-SCH40. Kits include a 1-1/2 collar (to help seal the hole where the sump pump line comes through the band board) and an adapter to connect the 4" buried discharge line.
