The Gelible wrist brace has a removable curve metal splint running down the bottom of the brace where the palm is located to provide enough support and ease the tension on the palm and wrist. Open the product. Check it is well. 2. Put thumb in hole. Note the metal plate is in the palm and the wider strap is in the bottom. 3. Paste velcro. Paste the straps tight to avoid the plate slip.
