The Secrets of Quiet
This pump is very silent. If you store it under a cabinet, you can hardly hear it. Quiet secrets are as below:
* Magnetic bearings reduce the motor vibration and noise to the least.
* Sound insulation stainless steel inner case covers the motor.
* Motor is fixed to the bottom case with 4 durable rubber columns.
* The bottom case has 4 rubber shockproof feet.
* Rubber buffer pads are along the case gaps.

When shake the pump, something wobbles inside. Is it normal?
It is normal.The motor is fixed by rubber columns to bottom case, when shake the pump, the motor cover may slightly knock to the top case.

Warm Tips:
1. The pump is not waterproof or submersible.
2. Put a towel under the pump can reduce the sound more less.
3. Set the air pump flat on a surface.
4. Please soak the air stones for 10 mins before use to get perfect bubbles with this pump.
5. It's better to use check valve to prevent back flow of water into the pump in case of sudden power failure.
6. We suggest to put the pump above the tank, if put below, check valve is the must have.
