HOW TO USE

To create a heat compress, microwave for 20 seconds & test the temperature with your finger before placing over the eyes. If the mask feels too hot, wait 2 minutes before re-testing. If a hotter mask is desired, heat for an additional 10 seconds. Do not exceed a maximum heating time of 40 seconds. This mask retains heat for approximately 30 minutes. If re-used within this time period, reduce microwave time by 10 seconds.

For a cool compress, place the mask in the freezer for 1 hour or store in the fridge.
