How to put on waist trainer :
With a waist cincher, start clasping the hooks at the bottom of the garment in front of your body. It works best if you clasp them around the narrowest part of your waist
and then pull the garment down over your abdomen as you go. Ideally when you start a waist training regimen your garment should fit best on the loosest setting so that you have room to size down.
Recommendation for use :
This is everyday waist trainer ,designed to be worn comfortably for longer stretches.
High stretch ,antibacterial and breathable material made it comfortable and soft and some times you even forget have it on .
Some people wear it directly against their skin but we suggest wear it on the top of a tank shirt and do all ab exercise,it will helps a lot
We suggest use it in the daytime and 6-8 hours everyday ,take it off half an hour before dinner and put it on half an hour after dinner.
