Fuller's Earth is also known as Bentonite Clay, Multani Mitti or Indian Healing Clay. The first use of Fuller's Earth dates back to the Harappan Era (Indus Valley Civilization). In Prehistoric times, it was used as a cleansing agent for wool or fleece. Later on, it began to be used as a Natural Face Mask because of its strong property of absorbing excessive oil from the skin.
Beauticians all over the world are well aware of the capacity of Fullers Earth to draw oil or fatty matter into itself as it dries out. Directions for Use:
Mix Fuller's Earth with water and form a paste.
Appy this mixture on your face as a face pack and allow it to dry naturally on face for around 30-45 minutes.
Wash it off with lukewarm water.
Repeat this 3 times a week for excellent results.
For added beneits and skin nourishment, add Licorice, Turmeric, Neem and Manjishtha Powder to it in small proportion. You can work out the proportion of these herbs as per your need.
Storage: Alayws store Fuller's Earth in a cool and dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight. Keep it in an airtight container. Never use a wet spoon or wet fingers to take out the Fullers Earth powder from its container.
