Super bright high pigment fluorescent pink powder paint by Stuart Semple This ultra-bright paint by Stuart Semple is available to everyone except Anish Kapoor! (who won't share his black!). Visible light is powerfully reflected by this high pigment paint to create a strong fluorescent effect. Just add water and mix to a thick consistency. Dilute as required.
