TROUBLE SHOOTING SOLUTIONS

1.If you plug it in the outlet but no light on
a,Please use your remote control to turn it on first.
b,Check and make sure the wall charger and wire are closely combined and the metal part correctly insert into the right hole inside the wall charger.(Also,please refer to the image in our product page)

2.If you find that your remote control doesn't work properly.
Please kindly note that the remote must be used toward the projection image or led screen,the longest distance for our remote control is 16ft.

3. KMASHI projector light has build in timer. It has 6 hours automatic turn off function,that means work 6 hours and will automaticly turn off for 18 hours.
