Chloe is a teenage girl who sees ghosts ever since her father tried to murder her when she was seven years old. Numerous ghosts come and try to talk to her and she ignores them all...until she sees the ghost of a girl her own age who had been murdered across town. With the help of an older detective being forced to retire, the two work together to figure out who killed the girl...and realize that the killer is now after them.
