Vapor Barrier Fasteners are used for securing vapor barrier to the foundation walls and pillars in the crawl space. Vapor Barrier Fasteners are 1 inch long. Drill a hole - usually a 1/4" masonry bit or smaller - into wall and then attach wall liner with fastener. Using Butyl Tape or Vapor Barrier Tape really helps for a sealed and secure vapor barrier. When encapsulating, consider using Capped Vapor Barrier Stakes as well! Head Diameter - 0.7" Length - 0.8". Size of Masonry Bit - 1/4 inch or slightly smaller is okay to use.
