Our California Extra Fancy Sun Dried Peaches have a naturally sweet flavor and chewy texture. An excellent choice for baking and as an ingredient in signature granola, trail mixes, and stuffing. Sun Dried Peaches have a natural affinity to exotic spices - cardamom, ginger, saffron, cumin, curry, and coriander. They're particularly delicious when added to the top of crumbles, especially when paired with fresh berries or mixed into pilafs. They can also be used to make a salsa, chutney or conserve.
