The EarFirst T-23 is made of Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE). TPE is referred to as thermoplastic rubbers, a class of copolymers or a physical mix of polymers (usually a plastic and a rubber) which consist of materials with both thermoplastic and elastomeric properties. Application of TPE to earplug has unique advantages -- light, hypoallergenic, breathable, and environmentally friendly. The EarFirst T-23 is highly malleable and mold to the shape of the user's ear canal, bringing forth unmatchable comfort during prolonged use. The ergonomic design of slight bending between first and second layer helps to secure earplug in position inside ear canal.

The EarFirst Protective Earplug special filters can be exchanged and placed into the earplug for different noise levels and situations. The fish-tail pull tab provides easy removal while it won't touch user ear even during sleep.
