All Luscious formulas are created by talented and credible cosmetic chemists in California and manufactured in factories that comply with FDA and international safety standards. We run the following tests on all batches of our products: microbial tests, heavy metals tests (for lead, cadmium, mercury and other known toxins), and a 3 part series of stability tests to ensure product integrity and shelf life.
