Q:How long will my phone be fully charged?
iPhone 8 A:phone needs 4.5 hours 
iPhone 8 X needs 5 hours.
Q: Do I must to remove the mobile phone shell when charging?
A:It can also charge with shell, but we suggest you remove the cell phone shell, that could better for your mobile phone.
Q: Why my cell phone get hot when charging?
A: Because the wireless charging lower efficiency comparing charging with cable and
the part of the power will be wasted into the heat, which will cause the phone a little
hot, but this is normal and will not have a big impact on your mobile phone.

Note: BAVIN wireless charger doesn't support fast charge currently and the max output current is 1.2A. It's normal that your smart phone will have a little heat
