How to Make a Good Confetti Balloon?
Before blowing them up, please try to stretch the balloons a few times;
Put the confetti in and blow them up with hand pump or electric pump;
Try to rub against dry cloth, hair or other items that could produce static electricity. (Be careful not to damage your balloons). Then you¡¯ll find the confetti cling to the inside surface of balloons.
