WORKS WITH A VARIETY OF APPS. Hey Mic! generally works with any app that support a Bluetooth microphone. This includes our Hey Cam! app for video (available on iOS/Apple App Store) and 3rd party Android apps.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Hey Mic! does NOT work with Facebook Live or YouTube Live on smartphones as these apps don't support Bluetooth microphones. It does, however, work for Facebook Live recorded via a Mac or PC.

FAQs:
Will it work with iPhone?
Yes. It works with all iPhones (including iPhone X) that are current with iOS updates.

Does it work with Android?
Yes. Hey Mic! will connect to apps on Android if they support a Bluetooth microphone. We do not have an Android app but many of our customers use 3rd party apps such as Cinema FV-5.

Is this microphone as good as this "other" mic?
Hey Mic! was built to be easy to use, small and portable while providing great audio. Bluetooth technology is never going to be as good as wired technology or studio grade equipment but for everyday use, Hey Mic! gets rave reviews.
